Mt. Vernon's City Council meets regularly the first Monday after the first Wednesday of the month (altered by council for holidays, inclement weather, etc.) Meetings begin at 7:00 pm and are held at The Hall on 2nd Street. Members of the public are welcome and encouraged to attend.
